Are there any reliable 4:2:2 sources ( i.e. ones that remain for a long while and don't disappear after a news story has finished - and not encrypted ) ideally colour bars ( or a test card ). Failing that, what is the best transponder for 4:2:2 ?
Having designed professional Broadcast 4:2:2 hardware, I'd like to experiment with picking up such sources. I know the Vu+ Duo doesn't support 4:2:2 as standard although I believe one can stream the output to a computer running VLC.
