Technomate have finally taken responsibility for the fiasco that arose due to new remote control frequencies that are used on the TM-500/600.
For those of you who have a pre production TM-500/600 like myself you can get a new remote control delivered free of charge by emailing Technomate with the serial number and place of purchase. This will then allow the unit to work with new software.
