I recently got back into this hobby after staying away for a year or so. I just bought a 90cm fortec star dish. The dish was cheap and the build quality is not great however the worst part is the white fortec star logo stands out so much on the black dish. Is there any way to remove the logo without painting the dish? has anyone got any ideas?

The dish is in my garden so it has to be more discreet

Thanks

This just goes to show what an eclectic bunch we are!

It's only a few weeks since we had a Thread asking for exactly the opposite - seeking ways and means of adding logos!

Personally, I'm with you, and if you get any sensible answers, I'll attack my TD110 forthwith :)

Hello!
when you paiting your dish,be sure you use the right color, not every color is good for the surface,i never painted dishes, but i think a non reflected color is the best!

also you can try high wather preasure,or a steam cleaner!

I dont mind the logo that much, its my family that minds. I just got a good telling off, lol

I do prefer dishes without logos however I dont want to have so much extra work by painting it.

Cant you use a steamer to get the logo off like you do on cars ?

Nah this logo isn't stuck on, it's painted on.

Then you need to paint the dish, only way to get rid of it.
