Recently purchased a GT-1030 for my PC which was damaged following an electrical storm in my area so I decided to RMA it back to Gigabyte
Having RMA'd several items over the years to MSI, Asus etc I thought this would be a fairly straightforward process
They have made me jump through hoops lol
I had to send it back at my expense, arrange for collection at my expense, fill out and print off several forms
Maybe I am being nitpicky
Would put me off recommending Gigabyte in the future compared to my previous experiences with MSI, Asus etc
Just a heads up in case anyone is in the market for any PC parts
/end of rant
