Hello themangeary and welcome to the forum. :)
This might help you. A member bought recently an RF modulator which looks good and at reasonable price.
Perhaps it can help you.

Maximum rf3000 Modulator
_http://www.so-mm.de/Maximum-RF-3000-Universal-Video-modulator_p395_len_x2.htm
It has channel selection 21-69
Price in Germany 22.5 Euro
He had a problem with the audio, but I am sure it is something to do with the connections and not the part itself.
Let us know if you have something else in mind.

thanks for your quick responce HB13DISH, thats a good start that is cheaper than the ones i have seen, but i wondered is there a 3 channel input to put all 3 DM500-s threw but come out with 3 different rf channels ie (21 34 69) or would it be cheaper to loop them with 3 of the modulators you sugested your thoughts on this will be well received, thank you.

hi i have been doing a bit of research and i think this is what i need

i`ll get some more advice before i buy, and as i live in spain i might be able to get something a bit cheaper here as postage will be very exspencive no doubt, and i believe spain uses these type of modulators in apartments and hotels etc because they use pal g
well i hope thats right please put me straight if i`m not.

Hope this will be of some help to someone else

This product looks like it is more suited to the USA.
This would add problems like mains voltage (120VAC) and NTSC instead of PAL. The UHF channels are 14-64
I wouldn't touch it. See if they have a European model.
But even so, it has only two modulators and you need three.

Your a star HB13DISH all of the above would be correct i should of seen or known that but wasn`t thinking, just been trying hard to get the right one for me. I have continued to search and i think i might have to accept that the cheapest may would be to have 1 modulator per DM500-S, but i have found a model in Spain that i can use here_http://www.alcad.net/uploads/hojas/2630080.03.pdf
but i will look into it as i think there are different models which might suit me better i will keep this post informed when i get a chance to read this pdf file (in spanish) and hopefully i can help someone else and thanks again mate

The Alcad modulator is for Mono audio and looks oudated in design with all those switch.
See if they have stereo version.
Also although they are from Spain, they don't mention a Spanish standard.
If you have a Hi-Fi VCR (with stereo audio), you can use it instead of one of the modulators.

Illusion make a 3 input modulator with 3 AV inputs but I have only seen a VHF model.
Try a google search

Triggs

We used to use the Channel Plus set of PLL modulators many years ago

They are still going
