Romanian channels on 16E

Hi guys,
I have been out of the scene for a while now and I have just started again.I still have my Dream 7000s although I have not used if for a good year or so now.
It looks like I am getting Romanian visitors for quite a while soon so I need to ask the question.
Is my dream still capable of opening The Romanian channels on 16E on Via without the use of CS?

Most of the scrambled Romanian channels are securely encrypted. However there is a reasonable selection if fta stuff up there:
