RTE Channel??

I'm trying to pick up the Irish Channel RTE. I thought I might be able to pick it up on Astra 28.2E, but it's not listed. Does anyone know of anywhere else I can pick RTE up from or am I too far away??

RTE is on 10744H 27500 2/3 transmitting off Astra 2D.

They are scrambled and only available to Sky subscribers with an Irish address.
