Hi all, I recently got a Ruark Audio R21 Table Top DAB radio as it sounds really good (especially in the shop) but the reception at home is a bit disappointing - BBC stations comeing through well, but things like classic fm are intermittent. Could anyone make a suggestion to improve reception?
thanks.

DAB reception can often be a bit scratchy indoors with a portable aerial, if it's purely a lack of stable signal issue, then the only way of curing it is putting up an external antenna.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Hmm. Unless the portable antenna is removable, there doesn't appear to be a separate port connecting to one.

FRONT:
Stereo minijack (3.5mm) line input for playback of MP3 player or other audio device through high-quality built-in amplifier and stereo speakers
Stereo minijack (3.5mm) headphones socket

REAR:
Stereo line out via 2 x gold-plated RCA/phono sockets
Stereo line in via 2 x gold-plated RCA/phono sockets

Odd considering the price of it.
