S-band Eutelsat W2A 10E

Assuming the payload anomaly thats been reported on the W2A S-beam equipment isnt too severe S-band will be activated from 10E in the near future.

Is there actually any S-band equipment available in Europe?

I know its supposed to be available to mobile devices which suggests small aerials and high downlink power.

S-band typical operational frequencies - 2.5 to 2.7 GHz (LOF 1.570 GHz)

I still have some feedhorn canisters, yagi adapters and downconverters in the garage, all N-connector stuff. I wondered when they might become useful again
