S*y Hacked?

Have been hearing a lot of rumours lately that S*y has been hacked & people are offering cards. I am not usually one to listen to rumours and cannot find anything relating to this via any forum. I take it this is just a load of old rubbish but has anyone else heard any of these rumours and is there any grain of truth in it. I know that S*y is the holy grail and if it were true i would suspect that it would be everywhere.

I’m sure most have heard of these rumours, but there is no solid support for any of them – they are all scams or people who have seen other hacked systems and think it is Sky UK. (As far as I know anyway)

You’re right, if it were true it would be everywhere.
 
My gut feeling is that there's a small chance that it's been opened, but that the chances of you getting hold of anything to do the opening are very remote. Most of the rumours appear to relate to a select, hand-picked group of individuals for testing/research.

I think that the most likely first step (IF anything were to appear) would be the emergence of a ND$ CAM emulator.
As you say though, it's very likely to be either an elaborate con, or something which will never see the light of day.

I like to keep an open mind, but that doesn't make me a sucker... :D
