Hi campfreddy

Haven't seen anything public as yet. I guess that they are a closely guarded secret.

Downloaded Barracuda's files but eeprom is in a binary file not hex, how did you covert it, I have keymaster programmer which wants hex files only?

I have same system as yourself. Thanks

I used a program called swopbinhex, just drag and drop the bin file and it makes a new hex file can't remember where I got it from though, if you have any trouble I'll mail it to you. P.S strsh's new file also works with the 2110 and that has both bin and hex files.

Barney - use our search function and you will locate recent posts which included a link to just such a hex/bin conversion tool...

well you can always simply type it in, letter for letter....

But I think you are cutting/pasting the wrong thing. It is not the intention to copy the shortcut icon itself and then paste it into a post. You need to copy the URL and paste that. If you right click on a hyperlink you will have an option "properties" in the menu. Then you see the actual URL. Highlight THAT text and copy/paste it.
Note: some ten year olds on the scene bleat on and on about "lamers" and "leeching" of their "filez" (as if they own them...), and so they often block (or worse) the right-click option on displayed hyperlinks. If you see a link you can't right-click and want to get at its properties, you can simply drag the link to your desktop and then right-click the resulting desktop shortcut.

Ok?

Hi did a search function but could only find a link dating back to a post last April which is dead. Can you post new link for the file swapbinhex or else email it to me. Thanks

Well you must have missed this more recent thread:
http://www.satellites.co.uk/scripts/webforum/DCForumID15/264.html

but don't bother trying the links there, as they are also now dead (things move around sooooo quickly in this game...)

So here are a couple more current links to similar utilities

Phill's sat site: http://phills-satfiles.da.ru/
Direct link: http://www.1avenue.com/mysite/hex2bin2hex.zip

Arabrus' site: http://www.geocities.com/satmeat/yourpage.html
