Bit of an odd one this - looks like its going to be a comedy / entertainment type channel. Just carrying a tape loop of comedy clips set in this football dugout. The dog reads Classics even though the channel tag is "Salute!"
FTA in Italian if you want a look, although the soundtrack is labelled as French...
