Have moved this to the appropriate section. You will need to provide the model number / chassis details from the label on the back of the set, also it is unlikely that anyone willl email you with the details, as this is a forum and the results of questions need to be shared with everyone.

There are web pages that give "setup" codes via the remote control for many diffferent makes of tv. But - dammit - I can't remember where, and a quick google search didn't go too well!

But, you might try asking in http://www.avforums.com/ .

Enter 'Samung' in the Make box and 'Service mode' in the Problem box, and you may find a solution (if your TV or chassis is listed).

Can't say whether links given above work for that model!

There's lots of info like that on the Internet, almost certainly including the exact stuff you want, the problem of course being finding it!

Use search words like "tv setup installer codes", etc, and be prepared to look through lots of stuff you DON'T want.

Google seems by far the best search engine, I find it returns results the others don't, very useful if you're looking for more obscure info.
