sat/position help needed

Hi guys,

I need help on my dm500 settings. I have three sat positions - 7.0e and 9.0e on lnb cable and 28.2e on another cable.. I want to set my dm500 to be able to recieve all three channels. Currently I have a 1/4 disecq so I have alllocated lnb1 to one lnb cable (7.0e & 9.0e) and lnb2 to the other cable (28.2e) but I am only receiving channels on the 28.2e and 9.0e but nothing on 7.0e.

I think I need to change my dm500 settings from 4 way disecq to none standard and manually allocoate each sat position a lnb no - maybe lnb zero to both 7.0e and 9.0e and lnb1 to 28.2e. Also maybe change my 1/4 disecq switch to a lesser switch.

Can someone please tell me what to do because I am lost.

When you say you have 7E / 9E on one cable EXACTLY what do you mean? Do you have one dish with one lnb head which is pointing more or less at 8E and gives you both or do you have a twin head lnb system?
 
Yep, you can't cascade diseqc 1.0 switches normally, that includes monoblocks, so a proper explanation is needed of how you get 7 and 9E.
