The Bulgarian provider Satellite BG will cease its packages and therefore its transmission on the Astra 3 (23.5° E) position from 1 June 2013. The company filed for bankruptcy.

I think so. Unless Planeta HD hires a slot from SES on the Astra 3.
 
Is planeta carried on the Czech or Slovak services? If so an alternative transmission arrangement will be put in place.
 
The channels that are used by Skylink will remain on Astra 3.

Perhaps the guy at SES who pulls the plug doesn't work at weekends.

BNT World switched to a frequency used by Skylink as well.
