hello, trying to upgrade by mistake through usb flash drive and not meter is dead with blinking lights only. the only firmware foung was this BT_CP09_V1_36_20120427_1416_SATLINK.bin (image) file. seeking help and have a nice day.

It's a four year old meter, has it been working up to now ?

I doubt something from 2012 is correct.

Have you asked your equipment supplier for the correct software for the update ?

hello, yes it is ws-6922 and was purchased about 8 months ago here in lebanon, even reseller could not be able to solve my problem, seems that he just sell these meters without any knowledge about programming. thanks again for your help and have a nice day.

Take a couple of images front and rear of the unit, including the label writing. It might be somebody here knows of an equivalent meter with similar firmware.

I just made a of dump of mine 6922 on a clean usb stick , put the file on a clean stick and try to update .
My version is also old
SW versionV. 1.46 date 14.11.04-12:17:57

Edit cant attach that file here , try to PM

Edit again , even by PM not possible .

Wait for the o/p to post better detail of the meter they have though, it might make matters worse if not compatible.

hello, yes i have the original file but its extension is bin image and the software (upgrade) does not recognize the file. please advice and have a nice day.

Post some images of exactly what you have. Analyser, cables and cd. Make sure you show the detail of the exact model on the stamp/sticker. It should also have the manufacturing date and any country variation (more important for the cd)

No need to Zip the file , its only 256 kB .
But since @ahmedksal does have the original CD , I dont think my file will help him .
