Ive picked one of these up reasonably cheaply - anyone got a pdf manual for it?

If not I'll use the tried and tested method of connecting it up in and pressing some buttons over the weekend! :-righton

Ah very useful - thanks.

Now have tonights bedtime reading matter :D

They're fairly simple in operation, the most valuable bit of training, is to learn to recognise the different spectrum traces for the major and difficult satellites. A great alignment tool, still use mine for difficult jobs.

First job is to optimise the 7E dish :D

10721V is very poor most of the day

I believe you will be busy the next few days....:)

Yup, that's the one I've had for a few years. Installing my dishes is a cinch with it. Make sure you keep the battery topped up, as it's liable to shut down inconveniently - supposed to last several hours, but mine seems to run out of juice much earlier.

I am trying to detect Intelsat 907 @27.5W on my Satlook micro G2 meter but when I try t add 11495V 44100 9/10 the Emitor Editor does not allow me to ener the FEC 9/10. Am I wasting my time trying to detect this transponder wilh this meter. i can see that it has a rather unusual Symbol Rate setting. When i move my motor around using my Dreambox it does not see this satellite.

I think your wasting your time on that tp - its DVB-S2.

Try the C5 tp instead

11665 V
9765 5/6

Havent had a chance to play with mine outside yet, but I have discovered the battery is in very poor condition on it.
