Satlook Lite meter has displayed "battery temperature sensor broken"

My Satellite Setup
DirecTV dish and Genie receiver
My Location
varies
I picked up my Satlook Lite meter which I had been charging overnight. The message on the screen said "Battery temperature sensor broken"
Meter still works. Is this, perhaps, a false positive or do I need to replace this meter or something else?
 
I'd first look for an alternative battery pack
9V 2.5A ?
