Scanning Issue

I want to get the BBC interactive channels (red button) labelled Stream 1 Stream 2 etc. and when I do a manual scan on their freq. the reciever picks them up ok, but they are not transfering to my available channels list after the scan. Any idea why they will not transfer if picked up on ok on a service scan?

Hi, the red button channels are actually data streams, so they wont show on a dreambox because of this, until. What you need to do is either get an upto date channel setting's of the net, and transfer them to the box using dbedit, or use dbedit and connect to your box, and transfer the channels to your pc, then highlight the red button channels and change the type to TV from data, then transfer them back to your machine.

Here is an upto date multisat settings, with the red button channels working, just use dbedit and throw them on your machine.
