I'm sure there's one or two people here over the age of 40 ;) so maybe you will remember a short film made about 30 years ago that started with a boy of say 10 years old in a park.
I think he's playing with a ball and throws it up...the camera goes up, and up, and up...eventually out the atmosphere...in among the stars, on and on, out of our galaxy and forward, on and on...passing yet more galaxies...until...
...it comes to an end...then there's just blackness forever...
The camera then goes in reverse and back to earth and down to the boy's hand, through his skin, into his blood, and like the universe thing....there is no end to infinity that way either.
Great little film.
