SES and ITV testing new FEC settings

So they switched back to FEC 3/4... 5/6 was a bit too much I guess.

Sky are now using new FEC on two of their DVB-S transponders:

12.070GHz/H
12.266GHz/H

Both are now SR 27500 FEC 5/6 (was 2/3)

This requires another 2dB or so of signal to receive.
