How can i set actuator limits from the actuator itself? superjack 36 inch

Yes we would need a photo of inside the actuator some are different to others.

I actually meant actuator installed to the dish. Or you just asking theoretical question?

And if dish is not installed yet than it is much better to install it, tune to the arc and only then attach actuator. And it is better not to shorten actuator's limits but properly adjust its connection points to the mount.

Like I have said there are different types we would need a picture like this to be able to help, as you can see here depending on the type will determine how its set.
