Hi there

sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I am going to fit a 78cm triax dish with multi lnb bracket. I know I will be able to pick up 13e,19.2e and 28.2e but I was wondering if Ill be able to get 16e? Im only bothered about the digitalb channels and the ITV partner channels. I am going to use technomate lnb's. I am only fitting this size dish as Its all I have the room for.

Any help appreciated

Not familiar with the Technomate LNBs, but unless they are "thin" types, you'' not be able to fit the 16E and 13E ones as they'll be physically too close.


Also, unless you used 16E to align the Dish to, you'd not get best results on 16E with that size Dish. Perhaps not even if it were the focus.
 
The triax TD78 is only 70cm, it will be insufficient for 16E, DigitAlb I think. A triax TD110( 1m dish) would do it though, I don't know how wide your LNBs are but the Inverto blacks can do 13,16,19 E on the TD110, possibly also on a TD88( 90cm dish), I have not tried that.

You's also need to mod the multiblock to get 16E dead at the focus.
 
The modification consists of cutting away part of the plastic bracket holder and collar to enable the LNb to be at focus. The Inverto Multi Connect bracket system will also do although at a cost.
 
im using cheap icecrypt lnb's robbo

if i cant get 16e will i be at least able to get 13e, 19.2e and 28.2e?

should i set 13e as my focal point or 19.2e?

Ok, 13e, 19e and 28e would be easily achievable on a Triax 78cm. You want to place the LNb for 19e on focal or as close as.
