Setting-up Opticum 7260 CI2CX PLUS for Freesat

Just setup for the first time..

I have just obtained a second hand Opticum Satellite Receiver 7260 CI2CX PLUS.
we already have a Sky dish which my brother was using to receive Sky, I would like to receive some of the freesat channels. My question is will I need to retune Opticum receiver and if so can you tell me what I need to do. I can not find any info on the Opticum receiver maybe its not a good reciver?
 
Should be straightforward, simply select your satellite, Astra 2 at 28.2 East and complete a channel scan.
 
Thanks for the info. As its the first time in setting one up I just do not want to get in to any trouble like wiping all the setting out. All i want to do is beable to receive BBC, ITV and channel 5.
 
The default settings on the receiver will be correct for reception from a standard dish with universal LNB, so even if you did a factory reset you'd be fine. All you have to do is go into the setup menu and scan the Astra 28.2 satellite.
