Shortest comms mast??

Could this be the shortest comms mast in the UK? Most of them are at least about 50 feet high - this one in Shropshire is about 10 feet high! - the trig point in the back ground gives an idea of its diminutive size!

Dont think so - it seems to be a repeater station where an inconvenient ridge gets in the way
 
Looks like it's bolted on to a park bench as well!
 
As long as someone can't walk or sit in front of the antennas, it's OK.

A guard at a telephone microwave relay station in Alaska got fried on Xmas eve, he liked to sit in front of the big antennas to keep warm, little did he know that the power was boosted ten fold on Xmas eve to accommodate the extra calls, his relief found him the next morning, he thought someone was BBQ'ing a roast. (true story)
