Shopping channel. Depending on when you watch, the Showcase 2 or Outdoor Shopping TV logos are up. Probably others too.

Looks like it's replaced the earlier Showcase+1 channel.

Yes it has - and its a frequency move rather than a full new channel.
 
It's the same transponder, just different PIDs.
