Silvercard Programming!!

Hello,
i want to know if the silvercard contain both seca and via Keys.
i have Ekostar 1100,and i have programm this silver,and it unlock any channels.
I constate that i Have put the 2110 program in the card.
Is this right.
Where to find 1100 silvercard files
How to know the difference between them.

open ext eeprom file whith hex edtor or picbin editor or hackman or any similar sw and you will easy chek what you got inside , cose key's and IDs are usualy (in most emulators) placed there !!!!!
