My Satellite Setup
Silvercrest with receiver DVB-S SL65, 80 cm dish with twin LNB.
My Location
Swindon, Wiltshire, UK
Hi all !!!

I have the dish pointing at Hotbird 13E and I get lots of channels but the ones I was hopping to get, ie. TV Chile are not listed. It should be at Hotbird3 and I don't know to search for it. Any clues?.

What transponder is it supposed to be on, as I cannot see it on any lists.

Transponder relates to a Frequency, what makes you think that this channel is available?
 
Apologies, have now found it, it is encrypted and is on 12265 vertical 27500 3/4.

Look in your channel list under "Olisat TV Chile", the bad news is that it is encrypted, so unless you have a viewing card and a receiver capable of taking it, then you will not be able to see it.
