For the last week or so I've been getting occasional timeouts when trying to access the site. Cloudfare throws up a few different 520 errors which all seem to point to problems between them and the server. Downforeveryoneorjustme suggests it's unreachable rather than an issue with my ISP.

I had exactly the same problem this morning, it took about 20 mins to get on the site! :(

Same here. We get error 523 Ray ID 1AA99e052A300CID
Brower working (us) Amsterdam cloudflare working Satellites .co.uk host error
It is becoming a bit annoying as our internet is slow enough as it is !

We're suffering DDOS attacks, the server techs are blocking IPs as quickly as they can, but it is an uphill struggle.

The site was only down for an hour this morning when I spotted the problem I worked as fast as I could to get the IP blocked and the site back online. Sorry everyone I'm doing the best I can to keep us running smoothly.

No problem Chris, I'm sure I speak for all users of this forum when I say that we appreciate all that you do in keeping this forum running.:)

Strange how Sats UK became a victim of DDoS attack. Clearly someone has a grudge :(

Could be any one of the websites on the same server, looking up the IP address shows quite a few domains. I'm surprised a single IP address can take down a server though, distributed attack maybe.

It's not a single IP address aceb, but often there are blocks of them which can be taken down en masse when from one region.
