sky box office dreambox PPV

Gentlemen,
with Enigma 1 boxes ...you have virtually no chance for sky box office. Enigma 2 boxes, no problem at all

i use the dm800 and this box has enigma2 working.
but still no sucess yet getting the skyboxoffice previews.
any help?

not sure how the enigma version would be dependant on getting this working. ?

I only tried to sort this out once with one of the Hatton fights and my results where the exact opposite, I could not get my 800 to show even the preview channel which was just a promo loop yet my relook 400 running enigma 1 brought it in. Not tried it since though.

iam using the white skyUK card in my Dreambox DM800 using Ccam 2.1.3. All the channels I subsribe to are working perfect.
I also managed to get the skyboxoffice events channel and the WWE TLC preview show is showing clear. I then ordered the PPV but when the PPV startet the screen was black. I then put the card in the sky+ and the PPV was shown. Is there something with CCam 2.1.3 that the info for PPV ordered isn´t going thrue? Any help here?

is that a problem with the ccam for not getting the paid event on screen?
 
hi if u order an box office event , and u want to watch it on dreambox ,,u hav to put the pin in ur newcs.xml file and put block ga to yes :-ohcrap
 
Good point about the pin but most people have moved back to CCcam now for the 0963 card. Without looking I don't know the syntax but there is a line in the CCcam.cfg to enter your pin automatically when its requested.

As for actually receiving the channel you'll find it my Sly UK Bouquets available for download in the Dreambox General section.
 
as for the syntax I found this in the ccam.cfg:

PIN: /dev/sci0 1234

This is just an example. do I have to enter my 4 digit pin here?
I have ordered the ppv thru dialer over the phoneline and have disabled enter the pin at the sky+. Is it correct that the valid ordering of the ppv is storred on the skycard?
Is the Ccam 2.1.3 looking for the pin at the ppv start and when there is no pin found in the config, the screen will be black after the preview show?
 
as with the pin that hasn´t worked. I still have a rumor that the problem is either ccam 2.1.3 who can´t handle the PPV order infos correctly or the fact that I need to order the PPV by phone while the card is in the dm800.
i will give newcam/mgcam a try ...
 
If you've got an HD box then use SBO HD2

I think this was happening on Sky Box office HD 2 last night for the WWE PPV!!!!

at least the preview bit, my screen just froze, ECM's where ok but the CW's where duff, just like pick TV.

this was really strange indeed and just after midnite the ppv started working only from my Freesat card ..WTF !!
i had to put card in Ruppie box then msg was

"you have insufficient funds available on your card call 0800*** "

so i rang number and Re-ordered event like 5 times before a pic came on after i missed first half hour,
then all was ok so switched card back to dmbox and even SBO HD 2 then cleared but IMHO this was a major ***** up by $Ky last night and i'm far from happy about it this morning

i have a good mind to call them up today and unleash a major bollocking on 'em ..what a time to try this kinda Cr*p on a major PPV event !!

So your problem may be that they just blocked PPVs last night
 
ahh, so your saying maybe they were messing around with the new encryption they are using on pick tv? Im running cccam so that makes sense.. Using my brothers share though and it cleared fine.. my own on the other hand.. haha
 
I ordered the WM27 PPV true my sky.de subscription as I now have another problem with my skyuk. i need to do a call back to get the other ppvs out of the card to make space for upcoming ppvs, but iam in germany and my sky digi dialer is not working on my new voip line. with my old landline everything is ok, but I now using voip and the box have had not called back for that time and the limit on the card is now reached.
