As it says in the title Sky Box Office is open again on Astra 2, but you had better be quick.:)

That will do AG don't want people thinking I'm greedy.:D

nice for non sky boxes i guess

Would be if they were showing some decent films that appealed to me instead of the usual dreadful offerings.

I am absolutely too knackered to watch anything now, but, thanks rob for that:D My PVR is on the case, hehe.

I think the last time I had some free box (missus) was when they were showing 'Lola Rent' some five years back ..

.

Last week:eek: OK, don't rub it in, lol.

Well, I have recorded Doom for later and am keeping an eye out for Bareback
, sorry, Brokeback Mountain: which I have been waiting to see in the video store for what seems an age.

Hope I get chance to watch Flightplan before someone realises their encryption discretion, LOL. There's too much !!!!

I want to thank Rob again, but, I don't think I can thank him twice.:D

Analogue - is there a thread dedicated to BoxOffice freebies? Or are posts scattered as and when?

Having fun (should be working), Mark.

.

Bareback mountain was on 2 channels yesterday evening :D

the info just tends to get posted as and when - normally its so unusual its not worth keeping a thread specially for it. Twice in a fortnight is almost unheard of.

Not here, I see 702 & 726-734.

Yep, all that I am seeing is Flightplan, The Libertine, Walk the Line and Doom. I say that's all. I am an ungrateful little bugger, hehe.

BTW there doesn't appear to be any Macrovision on these films. Hint.

Maybe after the waterhed a new bunch of movies come on? Maybe I'll be brokebacking this weekend afterall.

Walk the Line gets an 8/10 user rating on IMDB. PVR'ing that now.

In the meantime, Doom is a waiting, hehe ...

.

Aeon Flux is also on 702...

On another forum, someone said that macrovision was on some of the channels.

No brokebrack on the listings,'The Hills Have Eyes', 'Big Mommas house 2', 'Running Scared' & 'The New World' from Wednesday if they are still open.

It was probably 'Walk the Line' (the johnny cash story). I thought it was BB Mountain at first until I checked IMDB for the actors.

Still, I have overdosed on Doom (relative nonsense) and Flightplan (excellent). Recorded Walk the Line for later - and already have Aeon Flux on DVD.

Mind, the quality looks a bit ropey and soft on these channels. Would it be anything to do with 10 channels per transponder? Uuumm. ;)

Still clear at 11.39, and showing a selection of rubbish movies

Think we should complain to Sky.:D

My complaint to sky would be along the lines of "how can you have the cheek to charge up to 50 quid a month for the movie package??"
