hi i have a dm800 with my payed sky card in i ordered the box office event boxing tonight and when i put it in my box i cant get it and my mu mand dad cant who im sharing with them can someoen help i been told its a thign i need to do to my ccam.cfg
 
ive added the line PIN: /dev/sci0 1234 to ccam and changed the 1234 to my pi nand still doesnt clear
 
If I remember correctly box office events have to have a telephone confirmation prior to clearing, a DM800 will not know how to do this
 
Worked fine here mate. Ordered it on the parents' card downstairs, put it in the dream with the boxkey in CCcam.cfg and watched it in my room fine. I was trying to order it on my Premier Sports card and it told me to call up to order so I did and it automatically ordered it to the Sky account registered at this address. Idiots!
 
Well my wife watched a box office film about five weeks ago on our sky box, I had not re-connected the telephone line after re-installing all the equipment after a new fireplace was installed, had to temporarily do so to order it, perhaps the protocols are different for sports events
 
You have to order it through the box or call up and then when the event is ordered it'll work in the dream
 
i ordered it to in the sky box and works in the sky box but not clearing on dreambox and not on my mum and dads box
 
You did have the boxkey key set up in cccam.cfg? You need that
 
yes the box key is in ccam as i share all time with m ycard all other channels clear just get black screen on the box office
