sky card update

hi guys...
it's finally happened...after leaving my S*Y card in my Humax HdCI2000 for so long it looks like I have missed the stay alive signal for the card...what happens now?..I've tried a "new instalation" with my phone line connected as well as a forced software update and all I'm getting on the screen is "call 0044 87 02404020 to receive this channel" please don't tell me I have to phone S*Y!!!

Just leave it over night, it should update.

The forced update is only for thedigibox software and the new installation is a card pairing and activation procedure.

some say drop it in the dodgybox and leave on Sky News....as AS said, come back next morning and it should have reawoken
