hi folks, first post here.
i want to move flat, just went to view a place - top floor, balcony, no access/line of sight issues (definitely) - and i'm double triple checking that i should be able to align dish.
I've used a couple of website checkers, it appears i should be absolutely fine, but is there anything else i need to think of or is it as simple as going "if website says its good, then fine" ? see pic below.

the flat is here:

and the checker says this:

Am i good?

Always check for any other dishes, in the area, and preferably on other flats.
Some places ban individual dishes and use a communal dish.
I always use dishpointer.com, to check approximately where the dish should be pointing, and for any obstacles.
Just enter your new locations postcode, select Astra 2, 28.2E, from the drop down satellite box, zoom in on the map, moving the green icon, to where you plan to site the dish, and tick the obstacle checker box.
The maps tend to be out of date so check yourself for any large buildings, close by, or tall trees.
