Sky Digital Cards/Programming/Cloning

Is it possible to clone/ program these cards, may seem a thicko but been out of this game for 2 years now and would like to get back in the swing, any peripheral & software advice much appreciated.

What Hardware/Software would be the best?

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.
