What gear do I need to watch Sky Digital 28E?

Are there any public hex files/codes for videoguard?

Only a dedicated Sky digital receiver will enable viewing of most programmes @ 28.2E.

No "hack" on videoguard todate to the best of my knowledge,many claims of a hack but with no substance!!

I would suspect you would also need a large dish in Sweden.
