Hi,
Can anyone help.I have a Sky HD box just working on the free channels.I cancelled my sub cos i was just watching free stuff all the time.Anyway i want to keep the sky box as the freeview coverage is dire here.
Acouple of weeks ago i had no sat signal received on the tv.I have signal coming to the box (checked on meter).
I performed a software update and got pictures but no epg, listings at all,another software update and i have full listings but no pictures.
Any ideas?

Thanks form the response.Its actually a samsung box.
I have no put it on the single feed mode and cured the problem to an extent. however i cant get epg beyong 24 hours.and obviously it means the recording side is down completely.
 
If you have cancelled your sub the recording will be disabled anyway unless you pay the £10/month recording tax.
 
First thing to try is unplugging it from the mains for 5 minutes.
