Sky Italia change encryption algorithm

when the new sky italy cards now come out?
when is the card change complete?
 
Also as for unlawful access, I've checked out the law on this and its only illegal in the UK to access using a bypassed method or receiver that has been modified to access a signal broadcast for the UK

Meaning that if you take the law for its word, if I had a sky uk sub and and accessed a sky italy sub by paying a server I would not be breaking the law.
Its only breaking the law if you share your sub,
Its weird but those who share break the law and those that pay do not. (so long as you do not pay for a uk sub).

Thats how I take the law to work.

Of course you would be breaking the law since you have not purchased your own subscription to Sky Italia......

Right well I am glad we cleared that up...not.

Now the law at the moment is one thing, but I got no friggin idea why it is being spoken about here as this is a technical issuethat has arisen, not a legal one.

The poijnt of this thread is "sky Italia cards no longer working in dreamboxes".

Dont give a rats ass about sharing, that isnt the issue.

Now does anyone have any constructive/technical know how into this.
 
yeah yeah yeah, we all know that we do it for hobby wise. Them who want everything for under 100 notes are not so much into the hobby but are just blatantly after something for cheap. I wish you lot who argue over the law would do something constructive with your free time, haha.

I think what we have got to see what happens in new versions of emulators. They normally come out once every few months and new features range from minor bug fixes to new support. We shall see what happens. It is the waiting game unless you can use SCAM on a separate server and send it to CCcam...extra hop but job done.

Does anyone know anything about SCAM ? Is it even a server or just an emulator ?

Hi all i am a Sky italia customer, i've 2 full packages and i can 100% that no emu is still working on trasponders that broadcasts with the new ecm len, few channels are still ok with all other emus.

I head that in the earlier months a similar attack was done by sky brazil and someone fixed an old newcs version (1.20) to work with it, anyone knows about that?
 
I thought the issue was related to the emu and not the cs

Therin lies the problem, sky want you to use thier boxes not something else using an emulator to decrypt thier cards. It seems to me that the coders have been got at, namely Ccam or Newcs and the fix will be a long time coming, I hope I'm wrong but I'm not confident.

Newcs is just software to read your card, lot's of people use it who are not involved in c/s at all.

Just had confirmation that a new CCcam will be available soon that handles BIG keys and possibly read NDS3. Apparently reads Sly Italy already.
