And they're not exactly outrageously expensive from fleabay - most include LNB and many have "fitting kit" too.

Zone 1 - quad lnb + 40 mtres shotgun cable and 4 f connectors ..
£40 including delivery to your door..
You can yet them for around 20 > 28 quid
same deal with less cable..
