Badr at 26E needs a bigger dish as it's aimed at the Middle East and with the high power of Astra so close at 28E smaller dishes get swamped with interference too.

It might be a red button for something like an Arab version of this OTT service Magine launches in the UK in test mode » Digital TV Europe
Or if it's anything to do with SeeVii it'll end up being streamed over the internet (they look like an Arab NowTV SEEVII Devices – Welcome to Seevii)
