I have had Sky+ for about 3 months now. When I looked at my programme planner this morning, about 5 programmes that I recorded and that were on the list yesterday have gone. I hadn't viewed them, deleted them or touched them in any way, and there is no-one else here who has either.
Help!
Thanks
Lynne

how much free space do you have?
if you don't change the defaults and the disk is full or nearly full, it'll delete old programmes and use the space for new stuff....

Many thanks. I assumed that when it was full it just didn't record. How do you change the defaults? And I suppose there is no chance that I can retrieve the programmes?

hey!! there is a simple answer to this .. as I HAVE sky + also.

after recording a programme you MUST!! press keep or it WILL delete the programme you recorded after a while...
I pressed keep on Micheal palin 3 weeks ago and its fine...

If you go into SKY+ Setup on the menu I am pretty sure you can configure the behavior of the machine when the disk gets full. There are several options.
