Sky + Recording and Playback not avalible?

just i want to record a movie,but i got the massage not availible?
why this function has to activate seperatly?
are the any extra coasts for?

If you dont have a subscription its £10/month to activate the recording function.

If you have a subscription then you need to ring sky and get the recording activated.

No it doesnt - mine hasnt worked in the two and a half years since I swapped to Sky+ after our old box broke.

Ring Sky and ask for the recording to be activated.
