Sky Remote Admin codes

Many moons back I had to contact Sky to get them to fix my digibox. some guy explained i had to goto Services > System Setup > signal test ( or something like that ) and after pressing two keys at once I got a new option on the screeen OPTION 0.. some kind of Techy screen.

Does anyone know what it was.. I wouldn't mind having another look.;O)

Do you mean Services, System setup, 0,1,select?

yeah I think so.. when I do that it takes my into display...
from the remote I press "services > 4 > 0 > 1 > select .."

but this does not work..

what am i doing wrong?
also is there anything else hidden like that, that is accessible from the remote??

After keying in '1', press 'select' very quickly after. I use this regularly and it always works...
