sky uk white card

Hello,

new white card stopped receiving the entertainment pack in a DB800 with newcs and cccam in a omnikey-cardreader, eventhough entitlements goes to 15/12/2009. I've putt the card back in the skydigibox but the paid channels (family pack) are not clearing there also.
What to do? Any suggestions?
I'm outside of the UK.

I am in the UK and sometimes receive that message and have found that going to standby and back on again sometime works...worth a try

Thanks, but makes no difference.
I think i must / have to leave the card for the next 24hr in the skydigibox.
Will see then if the cards start working again.

I had that last month on everything except FTV channels. Just stick it back in the Sky box and it should clear within a few hours :D
