Help Required Slingbox not found

My Satellite Setup
Slingbox. W10 PC. Mac Mini
My Location
Frankfurt, Germany and Cheltenham, UK
Hello All - I have a Slingbox M1 at home in the UK. It's capable of wireless connection but I have it on a LAN. I use a W10 PC or a Mac Mini in Germany to watch, also an Android phone - Galaxy S5. On the two computers the Slingbox isn't found, only an older model that I had before the M1 is listed. But on the phone I can watch it no problem. I'm no techy but I can't for the life of me think why this might nor what I can do to get my UK TV on one of the computers. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks, Billy.
 
What is the firmware currently installed ?
 
Is network discovery turned on in the other devices??
 
Hi Both, thanks for your replies.
Channelhopper - I have no idea of the M1's firmware. Coud I determine that remotely using the phone?
Analoguesat - I can use the other devices to access the internet via a wireless LAN. Does that mean that "Network discovery" is turned on?

No idea - I dont use it but I know its there..
