hi guys,
my system is medion titanium md 8386, with skystar2 2.3rev
with a built in smartcard reader i am using progdvb
my question is (and this might be a stupid one)
can this smart card reader read veiwing cards, if so what software would i need

You are right presumably for veiwing card you mean viewing card so therefore the next question has to be viewing card for what??? if we do not know what viewing card how can anyone answer the question?
 
i was wondering if i would be able to watch foreign scrambled channels ie. art sports viacess ect,
i did read (i think on this forum) that it is possible to reprogram a sky card
