Guys,am from ghana and i just bought a new hitachi tv with internal digital decoder(dvb-t) which recieves skyy digital channels alright,but does not recieve all smart tv channels.When i try to scan for smart tv channels,i see all the channels but after searching only two channels could stored on it for me to watch.That is daystar tv and bbc world news.Any help?
I just bought a new dvd with indigital decoder(dvb-t) ant it too have the same problem.

Thanks Llew but i have seen a friend of my who use a DVB-T usb stick on a computer to recieve the other channels of smart tv.How about that?
 
Sorry megamind, Ghana's DVB terrestrial system is some way out of our area of knowledge. Can you not find any information more locally to you concerning the encryption or otherwise of Smart TV?

There is absolutely no point asking us about terrestrial television in Ghana. Its waaaaaay out of our area of expertise - we have no more than a handful of members in western Africa, none of whom are particularly active on the forum..

Now TV to Ghana via satellite we could have a reasonable guess at.
 
am a new member here and i will do my best to remain active in this site.
