hi, please can i get the site for update software (decoding )in my El-3020 ir plus reciever. i cant c d scrambled channel. somebody told me v can update from internet every two weeks. please help me for this one .
 
It is unlikely that person knew what he was talking about as there are very few channels that can be opened with a key now, but as you have not said what channel you want to open nor even what satellite etc and even what make your stb is it is unlikely anyone here will easily be able to help you
 
I think you will find there are no keys available for the Nilesat Irdeto channels..
