Hi guys I have a m2plus card that I want to update using a smartbee card programer. What software do you recommend I use for this task and if you can point me in the right direction for the same it would be much appreciated

The MII+ update file has its own loader program, you just put your programmer into Phoenix 3.579 Mhz mode and use the loader to loade the updated file.
You will have to reset the card first, also done with the loading program.
