Don't forget chaps it's that time of year again, when the phone starts to ring with complaints of programs going off. It normal happens between about 11 and noon cet if I remember and lasts for several mins. Don't panic though it lasts a week mas y menos.
Does it affect as bad elsewhere eg. UK, Cyprus etc. etc. ?
Bring em on.............

It does depend on which satellite you are interested in. The further east it is relative to yourself, the earlier it will be in the day. It's also affected by your latitude.

There's a calculator HERE to help you work it all out.

Another one starting today. Just monitoring Turksat on 42e. Gone from 11db down to 9.6db but started to go back up again.

Best time to install dishes really, you know exactly where the satellites are and use the sun shade to determine coverage area!

Indeed. It's a sunny day today so been running around the garden like a mad man every 10 mins or so checking things out. With so many trees and bushes in the garden it really helps to see where to put dishes.

Edit: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... a cloud has just blocked the sun at 13E....
